Canadian Banks are now in big trouble

There is no question in my mind that the access to credit in Canada is becoming scarce; even those with good credit are starting to feel the pinch. Canadian banks are no different then there American counter parts. Now is the time to take advantage of the use of cash; and forgo the issues of borrowed money. I personally have begun this transition to cash; and lowered my debt load. I suppose ? the fact that I always enjoyed my dealings with banking institutions ; or more the the people that I have met; and befriended over the years;those people are no longer working for the bank; and the high turn over of staff and the lack of trust towards the customer {and who can blame them fraud is so rampant} are causing me to question?

I feel the collapse in the Canadian banking sector is here; and not just on the way. I mean even Carney is a little bit of a pessimist towards his own kind.

I still love banks; banking; bankers; and personal credit but I am getting nervous.

"The Tacky Rich"; Who are they?

When a young women comes from the Philippines; or any other country for that matter; as a nanny. It is for all Canadians to show respect to newcomers; but we have a problem ; so called wealthy people" can not afford to pay the bill. I have learned that it has taken the Harper government; until Now to pass a law protecting the rights of Nanny's. If you are a Canadian taking the stance; that you will hold back on payment ;or to cause a issue for a new arrival based on any reason especially money; then you are "vile in nature". "I would not align myself with anyone that does not realize that we are now in a global world; and these actions are the cause of world poverty. If you can not afford to pay your nanny a fair wage; then do it yourself . Only absolute Scum refuses a decent wage; or even worse refuses to pay all together {even if it is only minimum wage} I believe that these actions constitute a form of incarceration. I mean these actions account to basic slavery; and bringing someone into a foreign country on false pretences is the ultimate in poor taste. These people that come to Canada on these grounds are trying to help there families back home; and start a new life here in Canada; if this is you then you should be ashamed .Share your luck with newcomers; if you spread fear and anxiety to others based on your own selfish needs it is going to come back to haunt you.?It really is not great for your own mental health.

This type of person ;is usually of very poor character ;as there is no accounting for good taste ;and it does have simalarities to common prostitution at the street leval; almost like the bad john; that does not want to pay for services renderd.

Homeless Home owners and forclosures in the states

I believe that for those Canadians who have tried; in the past to distance themselves from the states; with the attitude being; that they are the states ;and we are Canada are in for a rude awakening; besides heath care; {and even there I am not to sure?} there is no difference. If you travel or have spent time in Calgary; or other major Canadian cities; you will see similarities between the countries. In the New York Times ; today's paper has a article on the foreclosure issues facing Cleavland;and America as a whole. I do not think that it is a Problem; even the poor in Canada and the states; have it good. There is no reason people have to complain; it was self induced. Think globally?; and try and have a better perspective on what truly is poor.

Bush is gone! there is no more blame game
Canada and the states are "one"

Common banking Issues that arise that can be solved in a very orderly manner

Presidents choice financial , Bank of Montreal ,H.S.B.C ;American Express, and T.D, are in my mind setting standards in excellent service.. I have in the past had things that were less than accurate associated with my name  and I do not believe ,I would be the only one,but these things do take place and maybe for a while ? you may have been concerned about what is looked upon as a stain against your good name, I believe that if one has noticed a blemish to there credit rating , then more then likely they are applying for more credit. If this is a issue for you ;then I suggest that patience be applied;and cool heads prevail. If you truly did not live up to the terms of your contract; with the banks ; then let that be a learning experience! ;there is little the banks can do;as they are obligated to report the truth{ is that not what makes Canadian banks so reputable?} ;but if something was not updated accurately; or the Bank was paid in full; and there was no loss to them; there is No Question in my mind that the matter will be rectified to the fullest.I am pleased and surprised buy how quickly the banks correct errors. I am not convinced that the Banks are out of the water ;as far as personal credit card debt; as I believe they are going to take massive losses associated with consumer debt; but "I will have no part in it"

The best way to protect your name is to pay the bill!

The term stagflation

Stagflation is a very accurate term; to correctly describe what is happening in North America.Stagflation has not been used in the media as of late;but it is here and getting stronger. The cost of living is going to sky rocket as unemployment also rises. Prepare for the worst is the best way to survive it. More important do not act like a deer in the headlights of a truck ;or your going to get annihilated. My best guess is where ?All hell is breaking lose; or is it?

The H.S.B.C Bank

I am going on record; as saying that the excecutive team at the Toronto head office really know how to correct an error quickly and accurately; when an issue is brought to there attention. My gratitude goes out to the team at head office in Toronto for a quick response.

Yours truly

Canada and China!. This is what I truely think about the subject

If you think in the short term only;{"and who can blame you if you do"}then you may not be interested in what is going on as far as employment and environmental issues in China;that are going to have huge ramifications for Canada . After spending many months in China ;and given that my wife and in laws are from China;and given the fact that my connections in China {mostly Shanghai} are really quite prevalent for a Canadian I will go on record "Now"; as stating!; that your children will be the recipients of what is going on in Asia as a whole. The Canadian life style; that has been lived by you and me for so many years;is coming to a end . This is not only a issue of" money"; but a issue regarding the quality of health for Canadians. Given how; and what I see around me as far as personal expectations on consumption I believe there will be real issues for Canada by 2020.I have stated; in past posts that I think 20% unemployment is feasible; after careful thought;I believe I was wrong. Unemployment in Canada is going much ; much Higher.Canada can not compete one on one with China; "believe me it will never happen"I never believed the talk; until I made the walk.

I suppose avoidence of reality is bliss

The real issue with credit; is getting what you ask for?

I have not checked my credit rating in years ;as there was nothing that I believed needed to be checked;as I do not believe in bankruptcy; and I have to many assets ;so I have no choice ;but to pay my creditors off.I am really surprised at how easy it is to manipulate information ;and not always to the detriment of myself. I have always been very lucky that way. There is far to much superficial importants put on credit nowadays to the point of extreme redundancy.I am not concerned with what is reported ;but more with what is not. I have as far as I am concerned to much unused credit. $200;000 unsecured; "no problem"But why? and where to put it
.No matter what people tell you! the market{stocks} is gambling; "nothing more";but if you want to play you may want to play on margin. This is where credit may come in handy; as the brokerage house may want to check your credit? Borrowing on margin is "Fantastic" on the way up.margin is not so great on the way down.People will enviable take losses; or default; on loans somewhere during there lifetime;so I guess the banks are looking for patterns of behaviour;during certain periods in a persons history;who can blame them. There really the only ones."Go and ask your family and friends" ask them for the loan.?" Your family have the money"!; but my family do not loan to there immediate family "EVER". well maybe back when I was 14.

P.S
I love banks;bankers and banking
